About Me

Welcome to my domain of Tech and Science!

My name is Alex Colpitts, I am an Electrical Engineering Graduate Student at the University of New Brunswick. What this translates into is "eat-sleep-breath" technology, science and math.

I also have this terrible habit of fighting people and flying all over the world to do this. Judo is a really big part of my life. I have been all over North America and Europe both fighting and training.

When not consumed by technology or judo, my time is normally directed towards music.

I also have a lovely wife, Brittany. Check out her blog here!

  1. Hi Alex,

I saw a link to your "How to Install Ubuntu and Other Linux Distros" from Reddit and was wondering if you would be interested in writing for or allowing re-posting of your content on our site over at The Linux Experiment. Your interest in Linux (and the related ecosystem) is exactly what our site is about and we often feature posts very similar to the one you just posted. Anyway if you are at all interested please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. You can find the details on the link titled "Write for The Linux Experiment" over at thelinuxexperiment dot com.
